In the event of a problem, we GUARANTEE to give you prompt professional service at all times.
HOURS OF BUSINESS:
MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:30am - 5:00pm. WE WILL BE CLOSED ON ALL STATUTORY HOLIDAY'S.
SERVICE CALLS/DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS:
SERVICE CALLS WILL BE RESPONDED TO WITH IN 24 HOURS OR SOONER. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU SYSTEM IS COMPLETELY DOWN, WE WILL RESPOND SOONER.
THE HOURLY RATE CHARGED FOR SERVICE CALLS IS $104.00 PER HOUR WITH A MINIMUM CHARGE OF ONE (1) HOUR.
AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY SERVICE:
WE PROVIDE 24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE 7 DAYS A WEEK. THE CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE WILL BE A MINIMUM OF 3 HOURS AT $104.00 PER HOUR.
TO REACH OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT, SIMPLY DIAL OUR REGULAR NUMBER FROM ANY TOUCH TONE PHONE AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS.
